On March, 12th, 2010 within the limits of the Second International gas chemical forum agreement signing between the Ugra Gas Chemical company (UGCC) and NGT Management has taken place.

The agreement provides the delivery of dry stripping gas (DGS) ex works of NGT Management company on gas processing to factory UGCC.

НГТ Management is developing the project on processing (separation) of associated oil gas from the field Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District - Ugra. According to the signed agreement, received DGS will be used by JUGHK as raw materials for producing paraxylene and polietilenteraftelata.

Ugra Gas Chemical Company was established in summer 2009 within the limits of the decision of the First International Gas Chemical Forum for developing textile-gas chemical cluster and project executing on processing of associated oil gas to synthetic fibers.
